Hello Can someone give me an idea when will NVC create a case to allow me to begin processing my paperwork, USCIS approved the case and forwarded the info to NVC back in July 14th . Thank you This is what I see in the timeline: Current case creation time frame: As of 23-AUG-2021, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 12-AUG-2021It says the case was sent to the DOS on June, 2, 2023. As of today, we did not received the welcome letter neither by mail or email. The processing time indicated on the NVC website is from when they receive the case/ approval notice from USCIS. Seems like USCIS takes up to 1,5-2months for just forwarding the case to NVC.
